Welcome to our first official Blog. Excellence lofts are delighted to be able to keep potential customers upto date with our building services for Loft Conversions.

My name is Paul, I am the owner of Excellence Lofts. I have been working in the construction industry for over 24 years and am a leading loft specialist. While the majority of our loft conversions are based in Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare, we have completed various conversion and building projects all over the South West and across the UK.

I am extremely passionate about Excellence Lofts and the quality of our work. I pride myself on 100% customer satisfaction and believe we can offer you the best service for the best price.

All Excellence conversions are covered by a ten year guarantee, with an optional insurance backed warranty. We also provide an after sales service, which is second to none. We are covered by £1 million of public liability,giving you complete peace of mind.

At Excellence we believe that less is definitely more and our focus will always be quality, not quantity. For this reason, we have firmly resisted to do what many other companies have done and will never sub-contract your conversion or run multiple jobs together. Your home and requirements will be our priority. We will arrange to carry out the work when it is convenient for you and will ensure the job is completed promptly and efficiently.

We also appreciate that having any contractors working in your home can be a worry.

We will use our extensive experience to ensure that any potential disruption to your home or day to day life is kept to an absolute minimum. Professional dust sheets will be used to protect your carpets and furniture and the front of your property will always be kept tidy and clutter free. Vehicles are parked considerately to avoid tension with your neighbours and we always take the time to vacuum, clear and clean everything away at the end of each and every night.
